Peter holds a Level III and IV in Fitness, is a qualified
personal trainer and a qualification in Postural Analysis
and Exercise Prescription. His background is martial arts,
a field in which he boasts two black belts in Karate and
a Graduate Diploma Level 4 in Krav Maga. These skills
and experience make him ideally placed to assist others
in achieving the level of discipline required to achieve
Alongside Peter is a dedicated team of passionate
instructors each with their own relevant qualifications
and a desire to see members achieve their goals in a
safe and professional environment
Manager, Jenny Duncan's background in psychology
allows her a unique insight into the abilities of her
clients and as a personal trainer is also qualified in
Older Adults training as well as holding a qualification
in Postural Analysis and Exercise Prescription.
Jenny and the dedicated team instruct a range of Hi
Energy fitness classes like Body Attack, Group Power (a
weights orientated class) to the always popular
Veloblast, (indoor cycle experience) and the gentle
stretch and tone of Body Balance.
With a wide variety of group exercise classes
available, the Bowral Health Club is able to offer
particular workouts that are suitable for all fitness levels
and age groups.
Pre-choreographed and freestyle classes make the
exercise choices easy and participants are guaranteed a
fun, safe and effective workout every time.
