10th birthday celebrations
Southern Highlands Taxis, Hire Cars & Coaches is celebrating its 10th Birthday
of transporting the people of the Southern Highlands with safety & punctuality.
With a focus on hand picking its drivers & then training them in the provision of the best
customer ser vice, together with immaculate vehicles & low cost fares the
company has grown into a proud fleet of 25 vehicles, which service every part of
the Southern Highlands 24 hours a day & seven days each week.
We take this opportunity to thank our drivers for their great work and particularly
for the way they care for the elderly.

This stunning collection features paintings by
30 established and up and coming artists, 15 of
whom live in the Southern Highlands. All paintings
are 40mm by 40mm, following the French
concept of 'many paintings in a small space'.

next session in this successful series. Robert will read
from a selection of his works over a relaxing lunch.
The Highland Singers Christmas Concert
December 5, St Jude's Church Hall,
Bendooley St, Bowral.
This harmonious choir has been singing in
the Highlands for 21 years. The Christmas
Concert commences at 4pm and features much
loved and new Christmas songs and carols. It
concludes with a luscious afternoon tea.

Up to 200 high quality craft and produce stalls
rom as far away as Queensland, the Hunter Valley,
Sydney, Canberra, and the South Coast. There
will also be many local stallholders and artisans in
ttendance. Wide range of food and refreshments
available, including Turkish, Italian, Asian and
typically Australian cuisine, from 9am-4pm.

Shakespeare Meets Beethoven by the
Robertson Village Music Society

Berrima will again be the venue for Australia
Day 2009 in Wingecarribee Shire. This is a day
for the whole family beginning at 9.30 am
with the o cial ceremony held in the grounds
of the Berrima Historic Court House. Grand
Parade 12noon. Market stalls, carriage rides,
entertainment and more throughout the day.
